Playloop
Support
Help with Playloop invitations, sign-in, connected AI assistants and account deletion.
Contact Playloop
For general questions, email [email protected]. For help with a game, your account or privacy, email [email protected]. Include what you were trying to do, the approximate time, your browser and the error message. Never include a password, sign-in code or access token. A response-time guarantee is not currently offered.
Can’t join a game?
Check the six-character game code or open the latest invitation. Ask the host to refresh an expired invitation. A game that has started, reached its player limit or ended may no longer admit new players.
Sign-in and host links
Open a host link using the same Playloop account that created the game. Use the newest email code. If you joined as a guest, return in the same browser; private browsing and other devices have separate guest sessions.
Contributions and game updates
Contributions are optional only when the host enables that mode. Save a private draft, then submit the version you want to play. Other people cannot read your secret draft. If an update is delayed, keep the game open, check your connection and refresh after saving your edits. Include the delay and device details when reporting a problem.
ChatGPT and other AI assistants
See the MCP connection guide. Confirm that the assistant is connected to the correct Playloop account. If access has expired, reconnect. Account settings → Connected apps lets you revoke an existing connection. A successfully created game includes host and invitation links. Use the links returned by the assistant; people start and play the game in Playloop.
Account and data requests
Open Account settings for account deletion. For access, correction, or help with deletion, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account where possible. Completed shared games may remain for other players; Privacy explains this distinction.
