Plan beyond the first team

Use the different roles in the room as a guide to the question mix.

  • Include volunteers’ and supporters’ experiences with their permission.
  • Mix club history with broad sports knowledge and non-sport topics.
  • Check results against the event organiser or official competition record.
  • Confirm venue internet and game capacity before advertising the social.

Three ways to use club material

Use actual records and approved photos to supply the answers.

Which venue hosted our first away fixture in the named season?
Check the published fixture list and specify the team.
Which event is shown in this club photograph?
Confirm the event, date and photo permission.
Which optional activity should follow our next training weekend?
Run a poll; keep training selection and individual performance out of it.

Make it a social game

Playloop can collect private contributions from different members, allowing the organiser to play alongside them. Explain scoring and authors’ own questions before the first round.

Avoid replaying disputed officiating decisions as trivia with one supposedly obvious answer. Use completed results, clearly described rules or agreed memories. For a larger public event, verify capacity and the full hosting setup first; these ideas do not imply ticketing, fundraising or native team management features.
