Ask for questions when you send the invitation

Share the game link and when you plan to play. Invite anyone who wants to contribute to bring a question with a clear correct answer. Make it clear that they can also come along just to play.

In Playloop, each person saves their own contributions. Other players, including the host, don’t see them during preparation.

Suggest a few topics

People often find it easier to write a question when you give them a topic. Try a mix like this:

  • Films: a character, a location, or a recognizable prop.
  • Hobbies: one question from a subject someone follows closely.
  • Places: somewhere you live or have visited together.
  • Shared memories: a trip or an event with an answer you can agree on.

Choose the scoring before you start

Contributors already know the answers to their own questions. Decide how those questions should count before playing. Playloop has an own-question scoring setting for the host to choose.

Start with a few easier questions. Leave obscure facts for later, and give people enough time to read the options.

Pause between questions

If someone has a story behind an answer, let them tell it. The host can pause Playloop when the group needs more time or a break.
