Make the invitation easy to act on

Include the practical details in one place.

  • The call link, game joining instructions and expected finish time.
  • Whether contributions are optional and when they are due.
  • The actual player allowance for the game you will host.
  • A note that cameras and personal stories are optional.

Choose material across locations

Invite different interests without asking people to represent an entire country or culture.

  1. Offer broad topics

Food, films, hobbies and places give colleagues several ways to contribute. Explain local references in the prompt.

  2. Remove insider advantages

Balance company-history questions with general topics. A recent hire should not need years of chat history to compete.

  3. Try a practice question

Check everyone can switch between the call and the game. Set a pace that leaves room for reading and connection delays.

Keep the call separate from the game

Players join Playloop in their browsers; arrange voice or video in the meeting tool your team already uses. Playloop does not supply the call.

Concealed contributions let the organiser participate without reading colleagues’ answers during preparation. End with a short conversation or an optional poll, and finish when promised. Treat results as part of the social activity, never as a measure of job knowledge or performance.

Bring a question. Or just yourself.

Start a game and invite your group to add their questions.
