Copy this structure into your invitation

We’re playing a quiz on [date] at [time and time zone], finishing around [time]. Join us at [place or call link]. Use [game invitation or joining instructions] for the quiz.

Please add [number] questions by [deadline]: one accessible question and one from a subject you enjoy. Include a checked correct answer and believable choices. Personal memories are optional. Keep answers out of this chat so everyone can play.

You can answer in your browser. Let me know before the game if you need help joining or would prefer to participate without writing questions.

Replace every placeholder before sending

A template becomes useful only when it matches the actual game.

  • Confirm that the game’s player and question allowance fits the invitation list.
  • Match the contribution request to the selected contribution mode.
  • Add the date and time zone, especially for remote friends.
  • Include both the call and game destinations if players are in different places.

Send one useful reminder

Near the contribution deadline, remind guests where to add questions and where to ask for help. Do not ask people to paste answers into a shared chat if you want the quiz to remain surprising.

Playloop keeps saved contributions concealed during preparation. Before starting, confirm names in the game and explain the own-question scoring rule. Keep the invitation available so someone arriving on time does not need a fresh set of instructions while you are hosting.

Bring a question. Or just yourself.

Start a game and invite your group to add their questions.
